Position Overview: The Performance Marketer is responsible for driving measurable results through digital marketing campaigns. They analyze data, optimize campaigns, and maximize ROI across various online channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to achieve performance goals.
- Data Analysis: Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- ROI Optimization: Maximize return on investment (ROI) by adjusting campaign strategies and budgets based on performance metrics
- Channel Management: Manage multiple digital marketing channels, such as PPC, SEO, email, and social media.
- Conversion Optimization: Optimize website and landing page experiences to improve conversion rates.
- Reporting: Provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders.
- Testing and Experimentation: Conduct A/B tests and experiments to improve campaign effectiveness.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Experience with digital marketing platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing.
- Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles.
