Job Description
Role Overview:
We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns with a strong focus on conversions and sales growth. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in scaling campaigns and improving ROI for e-commerce or D2C brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize Facebook (Meta) & Google Ads campaigns
- Drive sales-focused and conversion-led marketing strategies
- Implement and improve Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) across funnels
- Manage and optimize Shopify stores for performance and scalability
- Plan and execute sale campaigns, offers, and product launches
- Track performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversions
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copies, and landing pages
- Prepare performance reports and actionable insights
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing
- Strong hands-on expertise in Meta & Google Ads
- Proven experience in CRO and funnel optimization
- Solid understanding of Shopify and e-commerce workflows
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage budgets efficiently and maximize ROI
