Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Performance Marketer based in Chennai. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across various platforms to drive customer engagement and revenue growth. Responsibilities include analyzing campaign performance, identifying growth opportunities, managing budgets to ensure ROI, conducting A/B testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives. The role requires using data-driven insights to enhance marketing performance and customer acquisition efforts.


Qualifications

  • Expertise in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, META Ads, and programmatic advertising
  • Strong capabilities in data analysis, A/B testing, and performance tracking to optimize marketing campaigns
  • Proficiency in budget management and ROI-focused strategies
  • Skills in creative campaign ideation and execution to engage target audiences effectively
  • Proficient in marketing automation tools and customer analytics tools
  • Excellent problem-solving, organization, and communication skills
  • Understanding of consumer behavior and market trends in the FMCG and D2C sectors
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus
