Job Description
Vleafy Technologies Private Limited is looking for aPerformance Marketerwho can take ownership of campaigns end-to-end from strategy to execution to optimization. This is animmediate requirement, and were hiring someone who can start quickly and deliver results.
Joining:Immediate requirement
Salary:30,000 50,000/month
Location:Nungambakkam (Work From Office)(edit if different)
Platforms:Meta Ads, Google Ads + SEO (Required)
Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns for leads, sales, and conversions
- Manage audience targeting, creatives, placements, budgets, bidding, and scaling
- Build and test funnels (TOF/MOF/BOF), retargeting, and lookalikes
- Monitor CPL/CPA/ROAS and continuously improve performance
Google Ads (Search/Display/YouTube as needed)
- Run Search and conversion-focused campaigns with strong keyword strategy
- Manage ad copies, extensions, landing page alignment, and quality score improvements
- Optimize for cost efficiency and conversion rate
SEO (Required)
- Work on on-page SEO basics: titles, meta, headings, internal links, content structure
- Collaborate with content team for keyword planning and SEO-led content strategy
- Support technical SEO coordination (with dev team if needed) and track ranking improvements
Tracking, Analytics & Reporting
- Set up and maintain tracking: Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, GA4, conversion events
- Create clear weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and next actions
- Identify whats working, whats not, and propose experiments
Creative + Team Collaboration
- Coordinate with designers/video editors for high-performing creatives
- Write clear ad briefs: hooks, angles, UGC ideas, landing page messaging, A/B tests
- Align with marketing team to meet client goals and timelines
- Hands-on experience managingMeta Ads + Google Adsindependently
- SEO knowledge is required(on-page + content planning fundamentals)
- Strong understanding of performance metrics: CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, CVR
- Comfortable with analytics and reporting (GA4, Ads dashboards, GTM basics)
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple accounts
- Working knowledge in tools - AI - ChatGPT, SEMRush, Ubersuggest,etc.
Experience with clients inRetail, Education, and Hospitality(big plus)
Landing page optimization and conversion rate improvement mindset
Basic knowledge of CRM/lead handling flow and funnel optimization
