The human mind is capable of countless emotions, many of which we haven't named yet. A good advertisement is one which speaks to a person's emotions, it tickles their mind, inspires curiosity, instills desire and connects them to the brand on personal level.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Plan, execute, and optimise performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Develop data-driven advertising strategies aligned with client goals such as lead generation, conversions, brand awareness, and website traffic.
- Manage campaigns end-to-end including audience targeting, budgeting, A/B testing, optimisation, and scaling.
Performance Tracking & Analysis
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and dashboards.
- Conduct data analysis to identify insights, trends, and optimisation opportunities.
- Ensure campaigns meet KPIs including CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
Reporting & Insights
- Prepare detailed performance reports and presentations for clients.
- Present campaign performance and insights using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Translate data into clear strategic recommendations for improvement.
SEO & Organic Performance
- Support SEO strategy and optimisation, including keyword research and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to improve organic search visibility.
Client Communication
- Communicate campaign updates, insights, and recommendations clearly and confidently.
- Participate in client meetings and strategy discussions.
Collaboration
- Work closely with creative, content, and strategy teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with brand messaging and business objectives.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in performance marketing (agency experience preferred)
Strong hands-on experience with:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
- SEO fundamentals
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data
- Experience creating client-facing reports and presentations
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficient communication and client management skills
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
