Role Description

This is a full time on site role for a Facebook Ads, Media Buyer at Blow Media in Gurugram. The Media Buyer will be responsible:

• Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns
• Build and manage full-funnel strategies (TOF, MOF, BOF)
• Set up and manage retargeting & remarketing structures
• Optimize campaigns based on ROAS, CPA, AOV, CTR
• Scale winning campaigns without performance drop
• Reduce RTO / low-quality orders through targeting improvements
• Work closely with creative team for high-converting ads
• Analyze performance daily and provide actionable insights
• Conduct audience testing, creative testing & offer testing
• Ensure proper tracking via Meta Pixel & Conversion API
• Generate weekly & monthly performance reports

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager and other digital advertising platforms.
• Ability to analyze data and extract actionable insights to optimize campaign performance.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and trends.
• Good communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Salary Range

• From - 3,50,000 Lakhs Per Annum to 6,50,000 Lakhs Per Annum
• Variable Pay (Performance-Based): Up to 50,000 - 1,50,000 Per Annum
