Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns across multiple client accounts
- Develop media plans and budget allocations based on campaign objectives, target audience, platforms, and expected ROI
- Manage lead generation campaigns with a strong focus on lead quality, CPL optimization, and ROI improvement
- Handle end-to-end campaign management including audience targeting, budgeting, bidding strategies, and performance tracking
- Analyze media performance and reallocate budgets to maximize efficiency and results
- Collaborate with creative and web teams to develop effective ad creatives, landing pages, and conversion funnels
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights
- Conduct A/B testing on ads, creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve efficiency
- Prepare performance reports and present insights to internal teams and clients
- Stay updated with the latest platform updates, trends, and best practices in performance marketing
- Mentor junior team members and guide them on campaign execution and optimization strategies
Requirement
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance/digital marketing
- Mandatory experience in a digital marketing agency
- Strong experience in media planning, budget forecasting, and ROI-driven campaign execution
- Strong working knowledge of Google Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite
- Solid understanding of lead funnels, conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics
- Experience in campaign reporting, data analysis, and optimization
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Good communication skills with the ability to explain performance insights clearly
