Performance Marketer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to manage and scale our paid advertising efforts across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, and YouTube. The ideal candidate will focus on sales-driven campaigns, optimization, and collaboration with creative teams to build high-performing marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) with a strong focus on sales and ROAS
• Manage and scale Google Ads (Search, Display, and YouTube) campaigns
• Monitor daily performance and optimize for CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
• Test and scale winning audiences, creatives, and campaign structures
• Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and messaging
• Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and funnels
• Analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights and reports
• Manage budgets efficiently and ensure maximum ROI
• Stay updated with platform policies, trends, and best practices

Requirements:

• 13+ years of experience in Performance Marketing
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
• Experience running sales and conversion campaigns
• Good understanding of funnels, pixels, and tracking (Meta Pixel, Google Tag, GA4)
• Ability to analyze data and make performance-based decisions
• Experience working with creative teams and giving clear briefs.
• Good communication and reporting skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with D2C or healthcare/wellness brands.
• Knowledge of CRO and landing page optimization.
• Basic knowledge of analytics tools.
