team. As a Performance Marketer, you'll combine creativity with analytical acumen

Your chief goal will be to implement, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns

Academic Qualification: Any Graduate

Preferred Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in paid marketing

Responsibilities-

Audience Profiling: Deeply understand our target audience to ensure

campaigns are tailored for maximum resonance and eectiveness.

Strategic Campaign Planning: Carry out digital marketing plans, allocating

budgets eciently across various channels.

Asset Development: Collaborate with the content & design team to ensure

timely creation of high-quality, optimized digital assets tailored for each

campaign.

Campaign Launch: Execute and manage the launch of campaigns across

multiple platforms.

Continuous Optimization: Monitor campaign performance in real-time and

adjust strategies as needed to ensure KPIs are met or exceeded.

Skills and Knowledge-

Deep knowledge of key digital platforms like Meta Ads and Google Ads, with

the ability to leverage their advanced features for optimal campaign

performance.

Demonstrated experience in both B2B and B2C campaigns.

Ability to dissect campaign data, extracting valuable insights and

recommendations for improvement.

Handle significant ad budgets, with a threshold of at least Rs 25 lakhs spend

per month.

Comprehensive understanding of Meta and Google ad dashboards, ensuring

best practices are applied and maximum value is derived.

Experience in copywriting & video ad script writing is a significant advantage,

though not mandatory.
