As we expand into new markets, were looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who can scale our lead funnel, build predictable growth systems, and translate creative work into measurable business results each of our verticals.

Role Overview

Youll own the strategy, execution, and optimization of our performance marketing efforts across digital channels.From audience definition to campaign performance, youll work closely with the brand and creative teams to drive qualified leads and measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute lead-generation strategies across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Plan and manage paid media budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and maintain healthy CACs.
• Build, track, and optimize full-funnel campaigns, from awareness to conversion and nurture.
• Collaborate with the creative and film teams to guide messaging, visual direction, and campaign storytelling.
• Analyze performance data to extract insights, inform creative direction, and improve targeting.
• A/B test creatives, audiences, and landing pages for continuous improvement.
• Set up and maintain analytics and reporting frameworks (GA4, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.).
• Identify new opportunities like channels, tools, or partnerships, to accelerate lead generation and conversion.

Must-Have Skills

• 67 years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across major platforms.
• Strong understanding of B2B or service-based lead funnels (agency, design, creative, or consulting preferred).
• Proficiency in analytics tools like GA4, Looker Studio, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and CRM integration.
• Comfort with data interpretation and funnel metrics (CPL, CAC, ROAS, LTV).
• A creative eye and the ability to work closely with content, design, and film teams.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.

Good-to-Have

• Experience marketing creative or luxury brands .
• Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
• Familiarity with international market targeting and localization .
