As a Performance Marketer, you will play a key role in driving customer acquisition and growth by managing and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across digital platforms. You will work closely with the marketing and content teams to build campaigns that convert, continuously experiment with creative strategies, and optimize performance using data.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining data, creativity, and experimentation to drive measurable growth.
What you will do in this role
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and LinkedIn.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution including campaign setup, targeting, budgeting, monitoring, and optimization.
- Create and test ad copies, creatives, and messaging to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns based on key performance metrics such as CPL, CPA, CTR, and ROAS.
- Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audience segments, and campaign structures to improve results.
- Collaborate with the content, design, and product teams to build high-performing ad creatives and landing page experiences.
- Generate campaign performance reports and derive actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and platform updates in digital advertising and performance marketing.
Must-have skills and experience
- 34 years of experience in performance marketing or paid digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Understanding of campaign structure, targeting strategies, and optimization techniques.
- Experience running paid acquisition campaigns and managing advertising budgets.
- Ability to create ad copies and work with creative teams on ad creatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and derive insights.
Good to have
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads.
- Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager insights, or marketing dashboards.
- Experience working in startups, D2C, or consumer internet companies.

- Month on month growth in Guided Homebuying Programme signups
- Cost per GHB signup reducing as campaigns mature
- Paid acquisition that scales across Bangalore and Mumbai without proportional increase in spend
