This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketer at our Gurugram office. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels. Day-to-day tasks include managing paid advertising efforts (such as PPC and social media ads), analyzing campaign performance, implementing data-driven strategies, coordinating with creative teams for ads, and identifying growth opportunities to maximize ROI and customer engagement.
- Expertise in campaign management, including Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising and paid social media marketing
- Proven skills in analytics and reporting for campaign performance and KPIs
- Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and data analytics platforms
- A solid understanding of A/B testing, conversion optimization, and retargeting strategies
- Experience with SEO, SEM, and content marketing initiatives
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with creative and technical teams
- Relevant experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
