Were looking for a Performance Marketer who is passionate about numbers, strategy, and ROI someone who can plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across multiple digital platforms.


ROLE OVERVIEW:

As a Performance Marketer , you will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, LinkedIn, and website ad networks .

Your primary goal will be to achieve client targets within the given budget while continuously improving performance through data-driven decisions.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns across Google Search, Display, YouTube, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads
  • Run and optimize lead generation, traffic, conversion, and remarketing campaigns
  • Manage Google My Business promotions and location-based campaigns where required

Optimization & Performance Tracking

  • Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize for CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversions
  • Implement and test different bidding strategies, ad copies, creatives, and targeting options
  • Perform A/B testing on ads, audiences, and landing pages

Budget & Target Management

  • Ensure campaigns achieve client goals within the allocated budgets
  • Allocate and reallocate spends based on performance
  • Prepare performance reports and insights for internal teams and clients

Strategy & Growth

  • Stay updated with new ad formats, policies, and platform updates
  • Research competitor ad strategies and market trends
  • Suggest new campaign ideas and scaling strategies


REQUIREMENTS:

  • 13 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing / paid ads
  • Strong working knowledge of:
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • LinkedIn Ads (preferred)
  • Clear understanding of ad types, targeting methods, bidding strategies, and campaign structures
  • Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic analytics (Google Analytics / GA4)
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and budgets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Goal-oriented mindset with focus on ROI and lead quality
