Role Snapshot

Were looking for a Performance Marketer who can own ad performance end-to-end from strategy to scaling across Meta & Google.

You will work closely with founders, strategists, creatives, and sales teams to generate qualified leads with real ROI.

What Youll Do

Plan, execute, and scale Meta & Google Ads campaigns

Work with video creatives (Reels, Ads, UGC, VSLs) in a video-first ecosystem

Optimise campaigns for CPL, CPQL, Conversion Rate & ROAS

Implement and track funnels: Lead Forms / WhatsApp / Landing Pages

Read numbers deeply and take data-backed decisions

Coordinate with internal teams on creatives, hooks & messaging

Maintain clean reporting and performance insights

Continuously test audiences, creatives, and offers.

What Were Looking For

14 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing

Strong grip on Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads

Clear understanding of funnels, targeting, retargeting & scaling

Comfortable working with high-ticket & lead-gen businesses

Ability to think beyond running ads and focus on business outcomes

Structured, proactive, and ownership-driven mindset

Bonus (Good to Have)

Experience with WhatsApp-based funnels / CTWA

Understanding of CRM, Lead Quality & Sales Feedback loops

Exposure to Video Ads, UGC formats & Creative Testing frameworks

Agency or consultancy background.
