Scoutbizz International is seeking a full-time, on-site Performance Marketer specializing in Meta Ads and Google Ads at our West Delhi office. The role involves creating, managing, and optimizing targeted advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Google. The candidate will analyze campaign performance, conduct keyword research, prepare performance reports, and work to maximize ROI. Collaboration with content, design, and marketing teams is essential to develop innovative strategies, execute A/B testing, and improve audience engagement.

• Expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads, including campaign creation, management, and budget optimization
• Strong knowledge of keyword research, audience targeting, and analytics tools like Google Analytics
• Ability to conduct A/B testing and implement data-driven strategies to improve campaign performance
• Familiarity with performance marketing metrics and ROI optimization
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with content and creative teams
• A proactive approach to identifying market trends and leveraging them to enhance campaign effectiveness
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in digital marketing agencies is an advantage
