What You Will Own

This role is for builders, not just ad operators.

You will

Plan, launch, and scale performance campaigns from scratch

Research and deeply understand target audiences

Test creatives, copies, hooks, and funnels continuously

Optimize campaigns daily using real data and insights

Scale winning campaigns and stop what does not work

Drive consistent and high-quality leads across platforms

Work closely with design, content, and sales teams

Platforms You Will Work On

Meta Ads Facebook and Instagram

Google Ads Search, Display, and YouTube

LinkedIn Ads

You Are a Great Fit If

You have minimum 1+ year of hands-on experience in performance marketing

You understand funnels, targeting, creatives, and analytics

You enjoy testing, experimenting, and scaling campaigns

You care about CPL, ROAS, and lead quality more than buzzwords
