What You Will Own

This role is for builders , not just ad operators.

You will:

• Plan, launch, and scale performance campaigns from scratch.
• Research and understand EdTech audiences deeply.
• Test creatives, ad copies, hooks, and funnels continuously.
• Optimize campaigns daily using performance data
• Scale winning campaigns and stop underperforming ones.
• Drive consistent and qualified leads across platforms.
• Collaborate closely with design, content, and sales teams.

Platforms Youll Work On

• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
• LinkedIn Ads.

Youre a Great Fit If

• You have a minimum of 2+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience in the EdTech industry.
• You understand funnels, targeting, creatives, and analytics.
• You enjoy testing, experimenting, and scaling campaigns.
• You focus on CPL, ROAS, and lead quality , not vanity metrics.
• You can join immediately or within a short notice period.
