We are looking for a results-driven Paid Ads Specialist (Ecommerce) who understands sales psychology, revenue scaling, and marketplace growth - not just ad management.


Role Overview

As a Paid Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling sales paid advertising campaigns for ecommerce brands across:

  • Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram)
  • Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, YouTube)
  • Marketplace Ads (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Quick Commerce etc.)
  • Retargeting and full-funnel optimization

Your core objective is to increase revenue, improve ROAS, reduce customer acquisition cost, and scale campaigns profitably.


Key Responsibilities1. Performance Marketing (Ecommerce Focus)
  • Plan and execute full-funnel ad strategies (Top, Middle, Bottom of Funnel)
  • Launch conversion-focused campaigns for D2C brands
  • Scale winning creatives and audiences
  • Optimize campaigns based on ROAS, CPA, AOV, and LTV
  • Manage and allocate monthly ad budgets effectively (50,000 to 10,00,000+)


2. Marketplace Advertising
  • Manage Amazon Sponsored Ads (SP, SB, SD)
  • Optimize Flipkart marketplace campaigns
  • Monitor and improve ACOS and TACOS
  • Coordinate listing optimization (keywords, images, pricing strategies)


3. Sales and Conversion Optimization
  • Understand product-market fit and customer psychology
  • Improve landing page conversion rates
  • Conduct A/B testing for creatives, hooks, offers, and ad copies
  • Analyze funnel drop-offs and identify improvement areas


4. Reporting and Strategy
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
  • Present scaling strategies and improvement plans
  • Conduct competitor analysis
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective measures


Required Skills
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in ecommerce paid ads
  • Proven track record of scaling ecommerce revenue (with measurable results)
  • Strong expertise in:
  • Meta Ads Manager
  • Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max)
  • Amazon Ads platform
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Understanding of sales psychology and ad copy principles
  • Experience managing monthly budgets of 10,00,000+
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets


Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Indian D2C brands
  • Shopify experience
  • Knowledge of tracking setup (Pixel, GA4, GTM)
  • Creative testing frameworks
  • Marketplace SEO knowledge
  • Experience working in an agency environment
