Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketer with strong hands-on expertise in Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. This role is for someone who understands performance marketing as a business function, focused on profitability, scale, and sustainability, not just ad spends.

Key Responsibilities

1) Plan, execute, and optimize performance campaigns on Meta and Google Ads.

2) Own budget allocation with a clear focus on ROAS, CAC, and contribution margins.

3) Analyze campaign performance and drive decisions using data and insights.

4) Collaborate with design and content teams to improve creative performance.

5) Run structured A/B tests on creatives, audiences, landing pages, and funnels.

6) Track performance across the full customer journey.

7) Align campaigns with inventory availability, product launches, and business priorities.

Requirements

1) 46 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.

2) Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

3) Experience scaling D2C or consumer brands (fashion preferred).

4) Strong analytical, reporting, and optimization skills.

5) Ability to balance growth, efficiency, and profitability.
