Performance Marketer (Google Ads + Meta Ads)
Looking for a data-driven Performance Marketer who understands how to scale campaigns, optimise ROAS, and turn budgets into measurable growth. If you live inside dashboards and love improving numbers every week this role is for you.
Experience: 3+ Years
Salary: 35,000 45,000 / month
Location: Gurgaon (Sohna Road)
Working Days: 6 Days a week
What Youll Do
Plan, execute & optimise Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
Manage and scale Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)
Keyword research, audience targeting & funnel strategy
Daily monitoring of CPA, CTR, CPC, ROAS
A/B testing creatives, copies & landing pages
Conversion tracking, pixels & event setup
Performance reporting & actionable insights
What Were Looking For
Hands-on campaign execution experience (not just strategy)
Strong understanding of funnels & attribution
Ability to optimise campaigns independently
Analytical mindset with growth thinking
Agency experience is a plus
