Job Summary

We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketer with experience in the FinTech industry to drive customer acquisition and lead generation for our personal loan products. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing paid campaigns and optimizing performance to improve ROAS, CPL, and CPA.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid channels Drive lead generation campaigns for personal loan products

Monitor and improve ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), CPL (Cost per Lead), and CPA (Cost per Acquisition)

Analyze campaign performance and optimize budgets for maximum ROI

Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages

Work closely with the creative and product teams to improve campaign performance

Track and report campaign metrics using analytics and marketing tools

Key Requirements

25 years of performance marketing experience in the FinTech industry

Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads

Experience in lead generation and performance-driven campaigns

Strong understanding of ROAS, CPL, CPA, and campaign optimization

Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and scale campaigns

Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, GTM, etc. Preferred Skills

Experience in personal loan or financial product marketing

Understanding of conversion funnels and landing page optimization
