This is a full-time, on-site role, based in Indore, for a Performance Marketer. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Meta and Google. This role includes analyzing performance data, developing funnel strategies, and creating growth-driven marketing strategies. Daily tasks involve creating and testing ad creatives, collaborating with the wider marketing team, and ensuring the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs). The candidate will also work on landing page optimization, competitive analysis, CRM flow management, and delivering actionable growth insights.

• Proficiency in managing paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta and Google Ads
• Strong knowledge of funnel strategies, landing page creation, and conversion rate optimization
• Skills in creative strategy, ad copywriting, and performance analysis
• Experience with CRM platforms, Shopify optimization, and automation tools such as WhatsApp APIs
• Analytical mindset with expertise in competitive analysis and growth insights
• Strong teamwork, collaboration, and communication abilities
• Proven understanding of ROI-focused marketing principles
• Previous experience in digital marketing or advertising is preferred
• Degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field is advantageous
