Job Summary:


We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketer to scale paid media across Meta, Google, and marketplace ads. The ideal candidate understands brand building + revenue performance and has end-to-end experience managing paid campaigns for consumer brands.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Plan, execute & optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and remarketing networks.
  • Manage performance calendars, budgets, funnels & audience strategies.
  • Drive acquisition, retention and revenue growth across D2C & marketplaces.
  • Run Amazon Ads / Myntra Ads (if applicable) for marketplace performance.
  • Analyze campaign performance daily: CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, AOV, LTV.
  • Build full-funnel strategies: awareness retargeting conversion.
  • Coordinate with creative teams for ad creatives, hooks, formats & A/B testing.
  • Work with e-commerce team to improve landing pages, PDPs, and CRO.
  • Deliver weekly/monthly dashboards with insights & actionable recommendations.
  • Stay updated on algorithm shifts, platform trends, targeting updates & new ad formats.



Qualifications:


  • 46 years in performance marketing (brand or agency side).
  • Experience managing 10L50L+ monthly ad spends preferred.
  • Strong grasp of D2C, fashion, lifestyle or youth-centric brands (added advantage).
  • Must be comfortable with rapid experimentation & growth-focused execution.

  • Meta Ads Manager (expert)
  • Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, Video)
  • Marketplace Ads (Amazon/Myntra) preferred
  • Funnel planning & customer journey mapping
  • Strong analytical mindset (GA4, Mixpanel, Looker/BI tools)
  • Creative strategy + ad copy direction
  • A/B testing & experimentation frameworks
  • Budget management & forecasting
  • Understanding of D2C metrics (CAC, ROAS, MER, LTV, retention)
  • Basic CRO, landing page optimisation (Shopify preferred)
