The Role

Were looking for a performance marketer who can own Dorjes growth engine across paid and organic channels from driving conversions on Shopify to optimizing CAC, LTV, and repeat rates. Youll blend creative instinct with analytical precision , scaling our digital footprint while preserving Dorjes authentic voice.

What Youll Do

• Run and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital platforms to drive conversions and subscriptions.
• Track and analyze funnel performance from ad clicks to repeat purchases and build data-backed growth hypotheses.
• Collaborate with the creative and brand teams to test and iterate ad creatives, landing pages, and messaging.
• Set up, monitor, and report KPIs like ROAS, CAC, LTV, CTR, and conversion rates.
• Build and manage remarketing campaigns to increase customer retention and reduce churn.
• Run A/B experiments to improve acquisition efficiency and discover scalable growth loops.
• Coordinate with marketplaces and affiliates for growth opportunities beyond D2C.

Youll Thrive If You Have

• 25 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing for D2C or e-commerce brands.
• Deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel, etc.) .
• A growth mindset love running experiments, reading numbers, and figuring out what works.
• Working knowledge of Shopify , email/SMS automation tools (like Klaviyo, WebEngage).
• A creative eye and sensitivity to brand tone (Dorjes world is calm, authentic, and soulful not salesy).
• Ownership attitude you think like a business builder, not just a campaign executor.
