Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Performance Marketer. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, analyzing campaign performance data, optimizing marketing strategies, and driving lead generation. They will work closely with the creative and analytics teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness of marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Experience in Digital Marketing, Paid Advertising
• Skills in Data Analysis and Campaign Performance Analysis
• Knowledge of Marketing Automation Tools and CRM platforms
• Ability to develop and optimize ROI-oriented campaigns
• Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Hands on Experience inWebsite Sales Capmaigns
• Experience in the creative or brand-building industry is a plus
• 1-2 years experience professionals.
• We are more focused on Hiring Interns.

Compensation

Upto 2.4 LPA.

As per our company policy you will have to serve a mandatory Training period of 1 month.
