CTC: 56 LPA (T&C apply)
What youll do:
Plan, run & optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube & LinkedIn
Own metrics like CTR, CPL, CAC & ROAS
Build media plans, set KPIs & share weekly/monthly reports
Collaborate with creative teams for high-converting ads
Run experiments (audiences, creatives, landing pages) to scale performance
Stay ahead of platform updates & trends
What were looking for:
24 years in performance marketing (Meta + Google Ads mandatory)
Strong with pixels, audiences, remarketing & attribution
Hands-on with GA, GTM, Meta Events, UTM tracking
Data-driven mindset with proven budget scaling experience
Bonus: worked with D2C / e-commerce / FMCG / F&B brands
