Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Employee Performance Manager to drive a culture of continuous improvement and high performance. You will design, implement, and oversee performance management programs, aligning employee goals with company objectives. This role requires a blend of data-driven analysis and strong coaching capabilities to support employee development and organizational success.

Key Responsibilities

• Performance Strategy: Develop and manage employee performance evaluation programs, setting measurable and realistic performance metrics.
• Performance Tracking: Implement regular one-on-one meetings, coaching sessions, and annual/quarterly appraisals to monitor progress.
• Action Planning: Implement performance improvement strategies (PIPs) and actionable development plans for employees.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze performance data to identify trends, training needs, and developmental barriers, presenting reports to leadership.
• Coaching & Training: Provide coaching to managers on delivering constructive feedback and facilitate training to bridge skill gaps.
• Goal Alignment: Ensure all departmental and individual goals align with the overall company strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in performance management or HR roles.
• Strong understanding of performance management best practices and HR technologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis.
