Performance Growth Marketer

We are looking for a Performance Growth Marketer who can drive scalable growth through data-driven marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in affiliate marketing, paid media campaigns, analytics, and conversion optimization. You will be responsible for acquiring high-quality traffic, optimizing campaigns, and maximizing ROI across multiple digital channels.

• Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, and native advertising networks.
• Manage and scale affiliate marketing campaigns with a focus on ROI and revenue growth.
• Analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and tracking platforms.
• Perform A/B testing on landing pages, creatives, and funnels to improve conversion rates.
• Identify and test new traffic sources and growth opportunities.
• Work closely with the content and design teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.
• Monitor key performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and LTV.
• Optimize funnels and user journeys to increase conversion and retention rates.
• Stay updated with the latest performance marketing trends and algorithm updates.

• Strong knowledge of Performance Marketing and Growth Marketing strategies
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or Native Ads
• Experience with affiliate networks and tracking platforms
• Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics or similar tools
• Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and funnel optimization
• Ability to interpret marketing data and make data-driven decisions

• Experience in affiliate marketing or lead generation websites
• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing
• Familiarity with tracking tools such as Voluum, RedTrack, or similar
• Basic understanding of HTML, landing page builders, or CRO tools
