Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Performance Engineer to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing system requirements, designing and executing performance tests, identifying bottlenecks, and ensuring applications meet defined performance SLAs. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience with performance testing tools and application monitoring solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret system requirements and technical specifications to design and execute performance test cases for large business initiatives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define Performance SLAs, test strategies, test cases, and test plans.
• Develop, automate, and maintain performance testing scripts and reusable frameworks.
• Build and maintain robust performance testing frameworks, scripts, and test data.
• Execute various types of performance tests (Load, Stress, Endurance, etc.) and provide detailed analysis on performance bottlenecks.
• Identify system constraints and recommend tuning improvements.
• Participate in walkthroughs, inspections, reviews, and stakeholder meetings to present performance results and recommendations.
• Work closely with development, infrastructure, and application support teams to resolve performance issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of overall IT experience with at least 5+ years in Performance Testing/Engineering.
• Strong expertise in writing and enhancing LoadRunner scripts.
• Hands-on experience with Performance Center / LoadRunner.
• Experience in automation of performance scripts and framework development.
• Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and best practices.
• Experience with Application Monitoring tools such as AppDynamics and Splunk.
