Summary: As a Performance Engineer, you will diagnose issues that an in-house performance testing team has been unable to. Your role will involve various aspects of Performance Engineering, including software development lifecycle and architecture, performance testing and validation, capacity planning, application performance management, and problem detection and resolution. You will contribute to the improvement of system performance and ensure optimal functionality. Informatica Data Governance lead Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Conduct performance testing and analysis to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement. - Develop and implement performance optimization strategies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal system performance. - Monitor and analyze application performance metrics to identify areas of improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: Build Data Governance Framework: Develop, implement, and maintain data governance policies, procedures, and standards to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across the organization. Utilize Informatica Data Governance tools to establish data stewardship, data lineage, and metadata management practices. Monitor and manage data quality across systems, identify data quality issues, and implement remediation processes. Maintain and manage metadata repositories, ensuring that metadata is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible. Nice to have Banking domain knowledge Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Informatica PowerCenter. - This position is based at our Mumbai office.
