Job Description
Project Role Description : Diagnose issues that an in-house performance testing team has been unable to. There are five aspects to Performance Engineering: software development lifecycle and architecture, performance testing and validation, capacity planning, application performance management and problem detection and resolution.
Must have skills : Oracle Database Administration (DBA)
Good to have skills : Oracle Exadata Database Machine, MySQL Database Administration

Summary: As a Performance Engineer, you will diagnose issues that an in-house performance testing team has been unable to. Your typical day will involve working on the software development lifecycle and architecture, conducting performance testing and validation, planning for capacity, managing application performance, and resolving problems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams - Conduct performance testing and validation - Plan for capacity - Manage application performance - Resolve problems Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Database Administration (DBA), Oracle Exadata Database Machine, MySQL Database Administration - Strong understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms - Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI - Hands-on implementing various machine learning algorithms such as linear regression, logistic regression, decision trees, and clustering algorithms - Solid grasp of data munging techniques, including data cleaning, transformation, and normalization to ensure data quality and integrity Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Oracle Database Administration (DBA) - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A 15 years full time education is required
