Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida/Gurugram for a Performance Delivery Manager. The role involves leading and overseeing performance campaigns to ensure their successful execution, analyzing diverse datasets, and driving insights to optimize performance. Responsibilities include execution of mobile & web based performance campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams, understanding of budget allocation and timely optimization of the campaigns for maximum output.

Qualifications

• 25+ years of experience in Affiliate and Performance Marketing roles.
• Proven track record managing affiliate campaigns, performance channels, or partner networks.
• Experience with affiliate networks, tracking platforms & ad-tech tools(e.g. MMPs like AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch and tools like Trackier) is a must requirement.
• Understanding and knowledge of fraud tools like P360 & MFilterit
• Strong analytical ability to interpret campaign metrics (ROI, conversions, ROAS, CPA, CTR).
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms and performance tracking systems.
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate performance metrics and derive actionable insights.
• Good Communication skills for clear articulation of ideas and coordination with stakeholders.
• Educational background in Business, Management, or any relevant field is preferred.
