Creative is our main growth lever not branding, not pretty ads.

Were looking for a Performance Creative Strategist who understands why ads work, not just how they look.

The Role

Youll own the thinking behind the ads.

Your job is to:

Research audiences, competitors, and offers

Develop angles, hooks, and messaging frameworks

Create clear creative briefs for designers/editors

Analyze creative performance and iterate fast

Work closely with media buyers to scale winners

You will not be designing or editing ads.

You will be deciding what gets made and why.

What Youll Do

Break down winning competitor ads and funnels

Develop testable creative angles and hypotheses

Write hooks, opening frames, and messaging direction

Build structured creative briefs (daily/weekly)

Analyze performance data (thumbstop, hold rate, CPA)

Continuously refine creative strategy based on results.

What Were Looking For

Must-haves

Strong understanding of direct response marketing

Experience with performance ads (Meta / TikTok / Native preferred)

Ability to explain why a creative works

Comfort working with data and performance feedback

Clear written communication and structured thinking

Nice-to-haves

Background in media buying or copywriting

Experience in affiliate marketing, lead gen, or DTC

Familiarity with creative testing frameworks

Understanding of ad fatigue and scaling dynamics
