Location: Hyderabad / Mumbai (Offshore)

Role Overview

We are looking for experienced Business Analysts with strong expertise in Performance & Attribution (P&A) to support critical system migration initiatives. This role involves hands-on testing, reconciliation, and data validation as part of a large-scale transition program.

Key Responsibilities

Execute UAT, system testing, and parallel runs for P&A processes

Perform daily & periodic reconciliations (positions, trades, pricing, FX, benchmarks)

Identify and analyze data breaks between systems

Document defects, track progress, and support retesting

Validate P&A outputs (returns, benchmarks, attribution components)

Prepare test evidence, logs, and status reports

Collaborate with global teams for issue resolution

Support project timelines and deliverables

Required Skills

38 years of experience in Performance & Attribution / Investment Operations

Strong experience in reconciliation, data validation & break analysis

Good understanding of P&A methodologies (TWR, benchmark returns, attribution basics)

Advanced Excel skills

Ability to work with large datasets and investigate discrepancies

Strong communication & stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

Exposure to tools like Aladdin, SimCorp, or FactSet

Knowledge of derivatives (futures, swaps, FX)

Experience in system migrations / pilot programs

SQL knowledge
