Job Description:

• Design and implement performance measurement frameworks, KPIs, and dashboards.
• Lead transformation of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Advise on management reporting, business intelligence, and analytics solutions.
• Align performance management processes with business strategy.
• Deliver projects that improve insight, accountability, and decision-making.
• Train client teams on new performance management tools and processes.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of finance transformation projects, ensuring high quality and client satisfaction.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to CFOs and finance leaders, providing strategic guidance on finance function optimization.
• Diagnose client challenges, design solutions, and drive implementation of best-in-class finance processes, systems, and operating models.
• Manage and mentor project teams, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for additional value and business development.
• Oversee project financials, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Contribute to practice development through thought leadership, solution development, and knowledge sharing.
• Support business development activities, including proposal writing, client presentations, and solution demonstrations.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies relevant to finance transformation.
