Job Summary

We are seeking a Performance Analyst with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in New Relic Dynatrace Java and LoadRunner. This role involves monitoring and optimizing application performance ensuring seamless user experiences. The work model is hybrid with day shifts and no travel required.


Responsibilities

  • Monitor application performance using New Relic and Dynatrace to identify and resolve issues.
  • Analyze performance metrics and provide insights to improve application efficiency.
  • Collaborate with development teams to optimize Java applications for better performance.
  • Conduct performance testing using LoadRunner to ensure applications meet performance standards.
  • Develop and maintain performance monitoring dashboards and reports.
  • Provide recommendations for performance improvements based on data analysis.
  • Troubleshoot performance issues and work with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
  • Ensure that performance testing and monitoring processes are aligned with industry best practices.
  • Document performance testing results and share findings with relevant stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with the latest performance testing tools and techniques.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure performance considerations are addressed.
  • Assist in capacity planning and performance tuning of applications.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of performance testing and monitoring processes.

    • Qualifications

  • Must have experience with New Relic and Dynatrace for performance monitoring.
  • Should have strong knowledge of Java for application optimization.
  • Must be proficient in using LoadRunner for performance testing.
  • Should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Must have good communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Should be detail-oriented and able to document findings effectively.
  • Nice to have experience with other performance testing tools and techniques.
  • Should be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Must be adaptable to a hybrid work model and day shifts.
  • Should have a proactive approach to identifying and resolving performance issues.
  • Must be committed to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
  • Should have a strong understanding of application architecture and performance considerations.
  • Must be able to provide actionable insights to improve application performance.
