Job Description
Were looking for a results-driven Ads Specialist who understands how to scale brands through performance marketing not vanity metrics. This role requires hands-on experience in lead generation , especially for finance and lifestyle brands , with real outcomes to show.
Youll own campaigns end-to-end: strategy, execution, optimisation, and reporting. If you live for CTRs, CPLs, ROAS, and smart testing this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, launch, and optimise Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
- Generate high-quality leads for finance (fintech, investments, real estate, services) and lifestyle brands
- Build and test funnels: creatives, copies, landing pages, and lead forms
- Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, hooks, and CTAs
- Manage budgets efficiently and scale winning campaigns
- Track performance metrics: CPL, CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversions
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights
- Collaborate with creative and social teams to improve ad performance
- Stay updated with ad platform policies and best practices (especially finance compliance)
- 23 years of hands-on experience running paid ads
- Proven track record with case studies, dashboards, or live accounts
- Experience in lead generation for finance and lifestyle brands
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Knowledge of pixels, events, conversion tracking, and analytics
- Ability to optimise campaigns based on data, not assumptions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agency environment
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Experience with high-ticket or compliance-heavy niches (finance, real estate, health)
- Landing page optimisation experience
- Knowledge of CRM integrations and lead nurturing flows
- Experience scaling campaigns beyond testing budgets
