Job Description


Vialand is a real estate development company building high-trust plotted communities and premium land investments.


We are building a world-class, AI-first sales engine and we are looking for a Performance Marketing Lead to architect and scale our paid growth systems.


Role Overview

You will own the entire paid acquisition engine across:

  • Meta (Facebook + Instagram)
  • Google Search + Display + YouTube
  • Retargeting infrastructure
  • Funnel optimization

Your job is to reduce cost per qualified lead, increase site visits, and directly improve revenue velocity.

You will work closely with the Founder and Sales Team to ensure marketing drives real bookings not vanity metrics.


Responsibilities

  • Build and manage TOF / MOF / BOF funnel structures
  • Create audience segmentation aligned with buyer personas
  • Optimize campaigns for:
  • Cost per qualified lead
  • Cost per site visit
  • Cost per booking
  • Develop retargeting logic and remarketing flows
  • Run A/B testing weekly (creatives, audiences, hooks)
  • Monitor CRM feedback loop and refine targeting
  • Manage monthly ad budgets efficiently
  • Collaborate with content team for high-converting creatives
  • Provide weekly performance dashboards with insights (not just numbers)


Requirements

  • 3+ years of performance marketing experience
  • Proven track record running Meta & Google campaigns with measurable ROI
  • Experience in high-ticket lead generation (real estate preferred)
  • Strong understanding of funnel psychology
  • Ability to interpret data and make strategic adjustments
  • Experience working with CRM integrations and lead tracking
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, results-driven environment

Bonus if:

  • You understand real estate buyer psychology
  • You have built structured remarketing systems
  • Youve worked in luxury or high-trust sales categories

  • Cost per qualified lead
