Experience: 12 years in performance marketing

Were looking for a Performance Marketing Associate whos obsessed with paid media, analytics, and creative testing someone who wants to work directly with the founders and make a measurable impact from Day 1.

What Youll Do

• Plan, execute, and scale campaigns across Meta and Google
• Track and optimize KPIs: ROAS, CAC, CTR, etc.
• Collaborate with our creative team for high-performing ad assets
• Run A/B tests and landing page experiments
• Leverage data to drive decision-making
• Manage campaign budgets effectively

What Were Looking For

• 12 years of D2C experience (must-have)
• Hands-on with Google Ads & Meta Ads
• Strong analytical skills comfortable in Sheets, GA, Meta reporting
• Hunger to learn, test, and grow
• Bonus: Experience in retention campaigns and CRO
