Peptide Synthesis Facility Setup Consultant (Part-Time | Gurgaon)

Protein World is setting up a dedicated Peptide Synthesis R&D Micro-Facility at our Gurgaon office - the first step towards building Protein World Labs.

We are looking for a Peptide Synthesis Facility Setup Consultant who can help us design and commission a safe, lean, and quality-driven lab from the ground up.

For us, this is not just about installing equipment - its about building the right systems, documentation discipline, and execution standards from day one.

Scope (High-Level):

Lab layout design & workflow planning (safety + efficiency)

BOQ creation (equipment, safety, QC essentials)

Vendor coordination & commissioning support

SOPs, batch logs & documentation systems

Storage, waste management & safety protocols

Training internal team for compliant operations

Ideal Background:

Experience in Peptide Synthesis / API / Pharma R&D / CDMO environments

Prior experience in setting up labs or pilot-scale facilities

Strong quality mindset (SOPs, calibration, traceability, logs)

Engagement Model:

Part-time consulting (Retainer + Milestone Based)

Hybrid: Gurgaon site visits + Remote documentation work

Initial setup phase: 48 weeks (with potential ongoing advisory)
