PeopleSoft HCM Techno‑Functional Consultant

Job Requirement: PeopleSoft TechnoFunctional Consultant (Offshore India)

Location: India (Preferred: Hyderabad)

Work Mode: Hybrid Ability to work from the Hyderabad office at least 2 times per week

Engagement: Long-term assignment

Experience: 8+ years

Key Responsibilities

• Configure PeopleSoft HCM for newly onboarded entities as part of global M&A initiatives.
• Update and validate vendor integrations and upstream/downstream system connections.
• Perform end-to-end functional tasks including design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Prepare high-quality design documents, test scripts, and test plans.
• Collaborate with developers to evaluate technical components such as Application Engine, SQR, and other PeopleSoft objects.
• Coordinate effectively with vendors, development teams, and business users.
• Provide extended support during US time zones when required by project needs.
• Participate in 23 rounds of evaluation due to global collaboration requirements.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 (Payroll & Benefits).
• Proficiency in SQL, system configurations, and system integrations.
• Ability to understand and validate PeopleSoft technical objects (e.g., Application Engine, SQR).
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.

Additional Expectations

• Must be flexible to stretch working hours to support teams in the US region when needed.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight in a global delivery model.
