Job Summary:


We are looking for an experienced PeopleSoft HCM Integrations and Reports Developer with 510 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and supporting integrations and reporting solutions within PeopleSoft HCM. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in PeopleTools, integration frameworks, and reporting tools, along with a solid understanding of HCM business processes.


Key Responsibilities:


Integrations:

  • Design, develop, and support integrations using PeopleSoft Integration Broker.
  • Develop and maintain Web Services (REST/SOAP), CI-based integrations, and file-based interfaces.
  • Work with third-party systems (Payroll, Benefits, Banking, etc.) for inbound and outbound integrations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, including performance optimization.
  • Develop and maintain Application Engine, Component Interfaces, and PeopleCode for integration logic.
  • Create and manage XML/JSON messages and service operations.


Reports & Analytics:

  • Develop and maintain reports using PS Query, BI Publisher, SQR, and nVision.
  • Design complex SQL queries and optimize performance.
  • Create custom reports and dashboards as per business requirements.
  • Support statutory and compliance reporting requirements.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reports.


Technical & Functional:

  • Participate in requirement gathering and provide technical solutions.
  • Work closely with functional teams (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management).
  • Support upgrades, patches, and PeopleTools migrations.
  • Perform unit testing, system testing, and support UAT.
  • Maintain technical documentation for integrations and reports.


Required Skills:

  • 510 years of hands-on experience in PeopleSoft HCM.
  • Strong experience with:
  • PeopleTools (Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface)
  • Integration Broker
  • REST/SOAP Web Services
  • SQR
  • BI Publisher
  • PS Query
  • nVision
  • Strong SQL and database knowledge (Oracle preferred).
  • Experience working on HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Benefits, Talent Management).
  • Experience in troubleshooting and performance tuning.
  • Knowledge of file transfer protocols (FTP/SFTP).
  • Understanding of security roles and row-level security.
