Job Summary:

As the People Technology Manager at Titan, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our HR technology systems and processes. You will work closely with the HR team to ensure that our technology solutions align with our business goals and support our employees' needs. You will also be responsible for identifying and implementing new technology solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the People Function.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain all HR technology systems, including but not limited to HRIS, ATS, LMS, and performance management tools
  • Collaborate with the HR team to identify and understand their technology needs and provide solutions to support their goals
  • Lead the implementation of new HR technology systems and processes, ensuring smooth integration and user adoption
  • Develop and maintain HR technology policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with data privacy and security regulations
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes
  • Provide training and support to HR team members on the use of HR technology systems
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR technology and make recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HR technology with other business systems
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure timely and quality delivery of services
  • Analyze HR data and provide insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement
  • Lead change management initiatives related to HR technology implementations and upgrades

Additional Parameters:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR technology management
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and systems
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Experience in project management and change management
  • Knowledge of HR analytics and data management
  • Familiarity with HR software and tools
  • Ability to travel as needed

Work Experience

Education: Tech preferably in IT

Relevant Experience: 6-8 years of technical experience in HR systems


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR technology management
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and systems
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Experience in project management and change management
  • Knowledge of HR analytics and data management
  • Familiarity with HR software and tools
  • Ability to travel as needed
