Role Purpose
The People Success Manager is responsible for acquiring the right talent, enabling continuous learning and motivation, ensuring people feel cared for, and maintaining strong people-process discipline. The role ensures that teams perform consistently, improve continuously, and operate with high standards of delivery, compliance, and professionalism.
One-Line-Definiton: People Success Manager Owns talent acquisition, learning and motivation, people care, performance management, and compliance hygiene to enable high-quality delivery and a strong culture.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Own end-to-end talent acquisition qualitatively across roles and levels on-time.
Partner with leadership to define hiring needs and success profiles
Drive structured interviews, selection, and onboarding for faster productivity and cultural alignment
2. People Development & Continuous Learning
Build a culture of continuous upskilling and learning
Identify capability gaps and coordinate training, mentoring, and learning initiatives
Encourage ownership of growth while providing structured development support
3. Motivation, Engagement & People Care
Engage regularly with team members to understand motivation, challenges, and aspirations
Ensure employees feel supported, valued, and cared for
Drive recognition, feedback, and engagement initiatives
Act as a trusted point of contact for people-related concerns
4. Performance & Delivery Enablement
Support managers in running the Performance Management System (PMS)
Ensure goal setting, reviews, feedback, and development plans are completed on time
Reinforce accountability and delivery standards across teams
5. Compliance, Process Hygiene & Reporting
Ensure timely and accurate timesheet submissions across teams
Track and follow up on weekly reports and delivery updates
Ensure Client Value Notes are prepared and shared fortnightly
Monitor adherence to internal processes, reporting cadences, and discipline standards
Share consolidated people and compliance dashboards with leadership
6. HR Operations & Administration
Manage HR policies, documentation, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance
Maintain employee records and ensure overall HR process hygiene
Ensure smooth execution of all people-related administrative activities
