Your Playground (Key Responsibilities)

1. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for all rolesfrom AI wizards to marketing mavericks.
  • Craft innovative sourcing campaigns (think social media, tech communities, hackathons).
  • Be the face of HROnTips, building our reputation as the coolest HR tech company to work for.

2. Employee Experience & Operations:

  • Design and run engagement initiatives (feedback loops, wellness challenges, epic team events).
  • Own HR operations with our tech stackpayroll, benefits, and our own AI-powered tools.
  • Ensure a seamless, wow-worthy experience from offer letter to offboarding.

3. Performance & Growth Catalyst:

  • Implement lightweight, effective performance and development frameworks.
  • Identify skill gaps and coordinate killer training sessions.
  • Help chart growth paths so our people grow as fast as our company.

4. Strategic Business Partner:

  • Analyze people data to provide insights on attrition, hiring, and engagement.
  • Collaborate directly with the founder and department heads on people strategy.
  • Stay ahead of HR tech trends to keep us at the cutting edge.
Qualifications & Mindset

1-4 years in HR, Tech Recruitment, or a related people-centric role(experience in startups, SaaS, or HR tech is a huge plus!).

Exceptional freshers are aggressively welcome!Show us you've led campus initiatives, built a community, or have a knack for bringing people together.

Tech-curious and agile.Youre comfortable with modern tools and eager to learn.

Outstanding communication skills(English fluency is key)youre as confident presenting as you are writing a crisp email.

A people-first, results-driven attitude.You care deeply, but you also execute relentlessly.
