Mumbai Type: Full-time (5 days a week)

You like structured work, clean thinking, and turning scattered information into something useful. You want exposure to consulting early in your career without just sitting on the sidelines. One day you may be supporting hiring research and building talent maps. Another day you may be helping turn client conversations into structured notes or slides that move projects forward.

What You'll Own

Research, documentation, and execution support across people strategy projects

Talent acquisition coordination and sourcing support

Preparing structured summaries, presentations, and trackers

Maintaining strong data and process discipline

Supporting analysts and consultants in building strategy outputs
