Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced PeopleSoft Technical Consultant with strong expertise in North America (NA) Payroll, Compensation, and Benefits to support US-based client engagements. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in payroll processing, compliance, and technical customization to ensure payroll accuracy and seamless operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong hands-on experience in PeopleSoft Technical development .
• In-depth knowledge of NA Payroll processing and statutory compliance.
• Expertise in PeopleCode, App Engine, CI, and SQR .
• Experience in Year-End Payroll processing and tax updates .
• Exposure to third-party payroll integrations .
• Knowledge of Benefits Administration and Compensation modules .
• Proven ability to debug and resolve critical payroll production issues.
• Strong communication skills with experience working with US clients .

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and support PeopleSoft NA Payroll solutions.
• Work on payroll components including Payroll Taxes, Garnishments, Retro Pay , and Off-Cycle payroll.
• Design and develop technical objects using PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface (CI), and SQR .
• Support Year-End Payroll Activities , including tax updates and regulatory changes.
• Handle payroll integrations with third-party systems such as ADP, Workday , and other vendors.
• Provide technical support for Benefits Administration and Compensation cycles .
• Analyze and resolve production payroll issues quickly to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with functional teams and business stakeholders to troubleshoot payroll discrepancies.
• Ensure adherence to US payroll compliance standards and client-specific requirements.
