People Ops Intern (Paid) – Founder's Office

DigiDxDoc is revolutionizing cancer diagnostics by transitioning from traditional glass slide methods to advanced AI-powered digital pathology. We aim to tackle the global challenge of undetected cancers, particularly in underserved areas, by making world-class diagnostics accessible through innovative technology. Our cutting-edge digital pathomics platform combines whole slide imaging, AI algorithms, and cloud-based architecture, providing insights beyond traditional microscopy. By leveraging existing healthcare infrastructures, we enable expert doctors worldwide to collaborate in real-time, bridging geographical gaps in cancer care and ensuring more equitable diagnostic accuracy.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a People Ops Intern in the Founder's Office. The intern will assist with day-to-day operations, including supporting human resources (HR) functions such as policy management, employee benefits administration, and personnel management. Additionally, the intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams, help streamline HR workflows, and contribute to fostering a positive workplace environment.

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) operations and practices
• Familiarity with HR Management and developing HR Policies
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
