ABOUT OUR CLIENT:
A unified finance and banking platform, built to simplify and streamline financial operations for high-growth businesses.
WHAT YOULL DO:
- End-to-end ownership of payroll and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.)
- Lead bi-annual performance review cycles including goal setting, feedback, and calibration
- Drive end-to-end hiring across functions from sourcing to offer rollout
- Build and manage campus hiring strategy and early talent pipelines
- Own onboarding, confirmations, promotions, and exit processes
- Act as the primary SPOC for employees on People Ops related matters
- Track and maintain HR data, documentation, and operational KPIs
- Partner with founders and functional leaders to drive culture and engagement initiatives
- Ensure strong process hygiene across payroll, compliance, and employee lifecycle
WERE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS:
- 3+ years of experience in People Ops / HR / Talent Acquisition roles
- Strong execution capabilities with high attention to detail
- Experience managing payroll and compliance independently
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and building systems from scratch
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Startup or high-growth experience preferred
- MBA in HR is a plus
