Role Description
This is a full-time role for a People Operations Specialist, based in Mumbai,
The role involves managing employee lifecycle activities, hiring fresh talent and upgrading skills of current team.
The People Operations Specialist will also work on setiing up telecalling Teams, engage with sourcing manager and builder staff and.arrnage training of teams to ensure progress of each employee.
To monitor progress of calling teams and build relationships with builder teams.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
- Experience in drafting, implementing, and maintaining HR Policies
- Knowledge of basic customer relationship management and telecalling skills.
- Expertise in Personnel Management and employee engagement strategies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a work environment
